The Heathcliff Family Day Care has an ideal physical set-up with functional playroom, a pre-school classroom and a very large playground. The licensee of this day care had been a high school teacher in English for 16 years. Her co-licensees are graduates in Biology and Early Childhood Education.
The staff is well qualified culturally and educationally because Day Care Providers just like other professions are regulated by the state laws to insure quality child care. Parents and guardians of children feel more secure with a licensed day care provider.
